PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit that allows suppressing variation in the ratio of the frequency of a pole and a zero point, a switching regulator, and an electronic apparatus and the like.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 110 comprises: a signal generating circuit 10 generating a control signal SG of a switching regulator; and an output circuit 20 outputting a drive signal GD of the switching regulator by receiving the control signal SG. The signal generating circuit 10 has a voltage dividing circuit 11 dividing an output voltage VOUT of the switching regulator, an error amplifier circuit 12, a first resistor circuit (RB) provided between an output node NX of the voltage dividing circuit 11 and a first input terminal of the error amplifier circuit 12, and a first capacitor (CB) provided between the first input terminal and a node having a predetermined voltage. |
