PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for green sheet production which prevents occurrence of pinholes and partial scattering of thickness on the green sheet surface and can produce a green sheet of high reliability; and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A release film for gree sheet production comprises: a substrate; and a release agent layer. The release layer is formed by irradiating a coating layer with active energy rays, the coating layer being formed by coating on a first surface side a release agent layer-forming material containing an active energy ray-curable compound (A) having at least one reactive functional group selected from a (meth)acryloyl group, an alkenyl group, and a maleimide group, a polyorganosiloxane (B), and a carbon nano material (C). An arithmetic average roughness Ra of the outer surface of the release agent layer is 8 nm or less and a maximum protrusion height Ppis 50 nm or less. |
