The present invention relates to a mirror assembly for a vehicle sun-visor. More specifically, the mirror assembling device for a vehicle sun-visor minimizes the stress applied on the mirror by forming a seating groove mounting a mirror in a housing and guide protrusions formed on a side surface of a cover by double injection molding using a rubber to prevent the mirror from being damaged and the seams from being broken. The mirror assembling device for a vehicle sun-visor according to the present invention includes: a holder which has a through-hole formed on the center; an end jaw which is formed to mount the mirror on the inner side surface of the holder; a first rubber which is formed on the end jaw by injection molding; a guide rail formed on the other end of the holder in the longitudinal direction of the holder; a cover which is mounted on the guide rail to slide along the guide rail; and a second rubber which is formed to surround the guide protrusions formed on the side surface of the cover in the longitudinal direction of the cover. |
