PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for distributing information to a user by a more useful method.SOLUTION: In an information distribution device, out of users staying in an information distribution target area, the users reaching a predetermined timing after staying start are specified as distribution timing satisfied users, and the distribution timing satisfied users having an unstayed sub-area regarding staying at the target area are specified as distribution target users. Then, an information distribution device distributes information associated with the unstayed sub-area to the distribution target users at timing in response to the timing when the users reach. |
