PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic chip which uniformly distributes concentrated targets in a capillary to accurately measure the number of targets per unit volume.SOLUTION: In the electrophoretic chip, a first reservoir 1 having a first electrode 6 and a second reservoir 2 having a second electrode 7 are provided on a substrate, and a micro fluid chip 4 is arranged on a lower surface of the substrate. A bottom of a capillary 10 provided in the micro fluid chip 4 is formed of a target trapping layer 5d, and the capillary 10 connects the first reservoir 1 and the second reservoir 2, and a conductor film 5d formed so as to be a plane parallel with the capillary 10 is arranged so as to face the target trapping layer 5d with an insulating film 5c therebetween. |
