PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a thin gummy candy having both ends with a three-dimensional design, which allows gummy candy syrup to reach every corner of a filling mold formed of starch.SOLUTION: A die 1 for pressing starch having a body part 2 and a funnel-shaped part 3 is pressed against starch from the body part 2 side, so that a concave having a shape of the body part 2 and the funnel-shaped part 3 is imprinted on the starch. Melted gummy candy is injected in the concave funnel-shaped part 3. The gummy candy is injected into the body part 2 in the latter stage due to the self weight so as to be solidified. The starch is then removed to obtain the gummy candy. |
