PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic alkaline water generator for generating electrolytic alkaline water while removing calcium attached to electrodes, capable of keeping the water quality unchanged even when conduits are changed over, without structure problems encountered when a plurality of electrolytic tanks are used in parallel that a complicated conduit changeover mechanism results in a high cost and commingling of acidic water is easy to commingle with alkaline water during conduit changeover.SOLUTION: Instead of placing a conduit changeover valve for each of a plurality of electrolytic tanks, alkaline water and acidic water from each electrolytic tank are respectively assembled into one conduit and the new conduits are switched over by one newly developed valve. The manufacturing cost is thereby reduced, and the concern of commingling of acidic water with alkaline water is eliminated. The movement of changeover can be inspected from the outside, so that generation of alkaline water with better quality can be secured, eliminating the problem of instability of taste and quality. |
