PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type data reception/transmission body communicable even when mounted on a conductive body and capable of reducing the thickness.SOLUTION: A non-contact type data reception/transmission body 10 includes: a base material 11; an antenna 12 provided on one face 11a of the base material 11 and having a closed circuit 16; an IC chip 13 provided on the one face 11a of the base material 11 and electrically connected to the antenna 12; and a magnetic body layer 15 arranged so as to be overlapped at least partially with the closed circuit 16. The magnetic body layer 15 is arranged in parallel to a resonance direction of the closed circuit 16. The magnetic body layer 15 is arranged so as to be overlapped at least partially with both of regions having a boundary of a strait line perpendicular to the resonance direction of the closed circuit 16 and passing through the center of the closed circuit 16. |
