PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel resin compositions having high effect of containing metallic silver, and production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides: resin compositions containing thermolysis products of silver &bgr;-ketocarboxylate represented by the specified general formula (1); and production methods of the resin compositions including a process of thermolysis of the silver &bgr;-ketocarboxylate represented by the specified general formula (1) by melting and kneading a mixture containing a thermoplastic resin and the silver &bgr;-ketocarboxylate. |
