PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative material which are excellent in heat insulating properties, scratch resistance, and caster resistance while solving a problem of unevenness caused by a material to be adhered and a problem of cohesive failure of a heat insulating layer caused by a temperature difference.SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet in which a synthetic resin backer layer and a foam resin backer layer are laminated in this order on the back side of a decorative layer, (1) the synthetic resin backer layer contains hollow beads, (2) the content of the hollow beads is 10-40 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of a resin component constituting the synthetic resin backer layer, (3) the thickness of the synthetic resin backer layer is 200-600 μm, (4) the thickness of the foam resin backer layer is 200-1,000 μm, and (5) the apparent density of the foam resin backer layer is 100-400 kg/m. |
