PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that achieves both low-temperature fixability and storage environmental resistance, and can maintain high image quality through the life of the toner even in a use environment such as low temperature and low humidity.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development has silica subjected to silicone oil surface treatment, and silica subjected to silane coupling agent surface treatment externally added thereto; has a heat absorption starting point measured by differential calorimetry of 60°C or less; and has a storage elastic modulus and a loss elastic modulus at 150°C, both of 10000 Pa or less, and a loss tangent tanδ at 150°C of 0.3 or more and 3 or less. Transferability of the toner subjected to a heat treatment for 60 hours in an environment of 45°C and 85%RH is within two times the transferability of the toner not subjected to the heat treatment.
