PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protective relay devices and a power system protective system that can measure the amount of electricity by performing accurate time synchronization among the plurality of protective relay devices regardless of their installation environments.SOLUTION: A protective relay device 50a of the invention comprises: a clock time information output unit 1 that includes an atomic oscillator and outputs clock time information based on a signal from the atomic oscillator; a processing unit 12a that performs processing to generate first electric quantity information in which the clock time information is added to information on an electric quantity measured at a first place in an electric system; and a communication unit 13a that transmits the first electric quantity information generated by the processing unit 12a to the outside.
