<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply shorten the start time of a device.SOLUTION: An information processor loaded with a multiprocessor having a plurality of processors comprises: a boot program storage part for storing a boot program; an OS data storage part for storing OS data; and a main memory for storing the boot program and the OS data in the start of the device. The OS data are divided into first to Nth OS data pieces, and the main memory includes first to Mth (M>N) empty areas, and the boot program is constituted of an inspection function for executing memory inspection and a load function for loading the OS data. A processor for inspection for successively executing memory inspection to the first to Mth empty areas and a processor for load for successively loading the first to Nth OS data pieces in the empty areas whose memory inspection has been completed are configured to respectively execute the inspection function and load function of the boot program in parallel.</p> |
