<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-phase sensorless linear motor for camera shake correction which is excellent in controllability.SOLUTION: The sensorless linear motor for camera shake correction includes: a mover 51 coupled to a camera shake correction lens; and a stator 52 for driving the mover 51. The stator 52 has a core 520 made of a magnetic material and a driving coil 524 wound around the core 520. The mover 51 has: a permanent magnet 511 magnetized in the thickness direction and having a plurality of magnetic poles opposed to the driving coil 524: and detection coils 60, 61 wound around an armature, for detecting change in current flowing through the driving coil 524. The sensorless linear motor further includes: a driving circuit 8 for supplying a driving current to the driving coil 524 in accordance with a pulse width modulation signal; and a position control circuit 9 which outputs a position signal corresponding to a displacement position of the mover 51 when output voltages of the detection coils 60, 61 are input.</p> |
