PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management system for displaying energy information in a card reader with a display function which is an entering/leaving terminal, and promoting the energy-saving consciousness of a general user.SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management system includes: a reader with a display function which reads the identification information of an entering/leaving person who enter or leave from a building; facility equipment installed in the building; a device control portion for controlling the facility equipment, and obtaining information related to the facility equipment; a database for storing the information related to the facility equipment; and a controller for determining whether the operation of the facility equipment should be permitted ot not, on the basis of the identification information of the entering/leaving person which is read by the reader with the display function. If the controller determined that the entering/leaving person is a person who are permitted to operate the facility equipment, the reader with the display function displays a layout plan of the facility equipment, and the entering/leaving peron controls the facility equipment by using the layout plan. |
