PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interaction between a front cover, and a cargo and a safety fence, and to easily open an opening while connecting the front cover to a control board body.SOLUTION: A lower stage slide plate 22 is provided on a side surface part of a case 27. A lower stage division cover 24 is rotatably connected to the lower stage slide plate 22. The lower stage slide plate 22 is provided with slits 22a and 22b. The case 27 is provided with shaft members 30a and 30b for guiding slide motion of the lower stage slide plate 22. The slits 22a and 22b have shapes such that an opening is opened by sliding the lower stage division cover 24 to the front of a control board body 21 and then sliding the cover 24 upwards.
