A fried streusel walnut cake according to the present invention is produced through the steps of: a) producing solid dough by mixing 100 parts by weight of margarine with 50 to 300 parts by weight of flour, 1 to 30 parts by weight of corn powder, 100 to 500 parts by weight of sugar, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an expansion agent, 0.2 to 10 parts by weight of baking powder, 10 to 50 parts by weight of eggs, and 10 to 100 parts by weight of butter; b) producing adhesive dough by mixing 100 parts by weight of corn powder with 100 to 2,000 parts by weight of milk; c) coating the adhesive dough from the step b) on the surface of a walnut cake; and d) coating the solid dough on the walnut cake on which the adhesive dough is coated in order to be fried. The fried streusel walnut cake according to the present invention simultaneously provides the wet and soft taste of the walnut cake and the crispy texture of the fried streusel, so that consumers can be provide with various flavors. Moreover, red bean peels which can be included in dregs are removed, so that the texture of dregs is more softly maintained. Also, the red bean peels are added on the skin of the walnut cake, so that consumers can chew the more deliciously walnut cake and intake helpful components such as saponin, vitamin B, and vegetable fibers included in the red bean peels. |
