The present invention relates to a device to paint the exterior and the interior of an outer frame bar covering TV, which comprises: fixation units equipped on a frame configured to be separated at constant intervals in order to support a frame bar; horizontal rail units respectively fixated to the surface of both sides outside the frame and outside the fixation units; a transport unit equipped between the horizontal rail units to be transportable along the horizontal rail units; and a painting unit equipped to be transportable along transport rails installed on the transport unit. The TV frame bar painting device individually paints the surface identified in the appearance and small-area domains adjacent to the surface in the outer frame covering TV such as an LCD, a PDF, an LED, and an AMOLED to perform high-quality appearance of the TV frame bar. The TV frame bar painting device has the effects of improving the production efficiency and reliability of the product by allowing the device painting a predetermined area to be able to work in one device, and of remarkably reducing the costs accompanied with the production as the painting task is possible on two sides at the same time through one working process. |
