PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member, a fitting structure and a construction method thereof, applicable to various vertical roofing (vertical stretched) exterior structure constructed on an exterior surface such as a new construction or existing roof, easily fittable in a projection-shaped part formed on an exterior material by work from above, and capable of fitting an external installation member such as a solar cell module.SOLUTION: The fitting member 1 fixed to the projection-shaped part 51 formed in the exterior material is composed of an upper member 2 arranged in any one of the upper side and the left or right of the projection-shaped part 51, a lower member 3 pivoted rotatably and arranged in the other of the projection-shaped part 51, a fitting bolt 1B fitted to the lower member 3 and penetrating through the upper member 2 and a fastening nut 1C threadedly engaged with the tip of the fitting bolt 1B. The fitting member 1 is integrated by fastening the fastening nut 1C to the fitting bolt 1B in a state of being arranged so as to sandwich the projection-shaped part 51 from the left and right by the upper member 2 and the lower member 3, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are locked on the projection-shaped part 51, and the fitting bolt 1B is stood up on the upper member 2. |
