PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower installed in a manhole opening through which a worker or an article easily goes in or out, and to provide a ventilation system in a sewer with the usage of the blower.SOLUTION: In a blower support body for supporting a blower for sending air into a manhole, the blower is supported above an opening of the manhole so that a space enough to allow a person to pass through is formed between an opening surface of the manhole and a lower surface of the blower. A throttle mechanism throttling an air flow from the blower may be further provided between the blower and the manhole. A surrounding mechanism surrounding a flow passage of the air from the blower to the manhole may be furthermore provided.
