PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor temperature control device which is capable of appropriately detecting that a temperature of a sensor element part is close to a target temperature in a state where only a part of a current flowing in a switching element flows to a heater part.SOLUTION: A sensor temperature control device 1 includes: a switching element 51; power supply control means S1 to S2 which controls a duty ratio DT so that the sensor element part 3 has a target temperature; storage means 75 in which a first duty ratio DT1 is preliminarily stored; element temperature determination means S3 which determines whether the sensor element part 3 has a temperature within a first temperature range including the target temperature or not; and substantial short-circuiting detection means S4 to S6 which compares a current duty ratio DT2 and the first duty ratio DT1 with each other in a state where the sensor element part 3 has a temperature within the first temperature range, to detect whether a substantial short-circuiting first temperature range state occurs or not. In the substantial short-circuiting first temperature range state, only a part of a current flowing in the switching element 51 flows to a heater part 4 and the sensor element part 3 has a temperature within the first temperature range. |
