<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of identifying a parson who takes out inappropriate refuse in e.g. an apartment-house, without uncomfortableness of putting one's name tag on taken-out refuse.SOLUTION: It is agreed among e.g. tenants of an apartment-house to adhere e.g. a dedicated bar-code to a refuse bag which allows identification of the room of the tenant who takes out the bag. Bar-codes of tenants who take out inappropriate refuse bags left in a refuse yard after refuse collection are read out, and tenants taking out inappropriate refuse are warned and instructed as to how to take out refuse. There are few cases where a tenant takes out inappropriate refuse intentionally, and refuse collection systems are different among individual local governments. The tenant possibly takes out refuse inappropriately because of mistaking with the refuse collection system of his preceding residence place. Warning and instruction are generally sufficient to realize appropriate taking out of refuse.</p> |
