<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control temperature for each block which is set for uniformly heating a thermoplastic resin sheet in a continuous radiation-type preheating furnace and to obtain a continuously and uniformly melted thermoplastic resin sheet.SOLUTION: A production method of a thermoplastic resin molding performs stamping molding for obtaining the thermoplastic resin molding by heating and melting a thermoplastic resin sheet having a projection area of 0.25 mor more in a continuous sheet heating furnace, then installing the resulting sheet in a mold composed of an upper mold and a lower mold, performing mold clamping, and thereafter pressing, cooling and solidifying the sheet subjected to mold clamping. In the production method, the continuous sheet heating furnace simultaneously heats the thermoplastic resin sheet by an upper heater and a lower heater, each comprising a plurality of infrared heater blocks, and shielding plates are each arranged between the plurality of infrared heater blocks.</p> |
