The present invention provides a complex panel for insulation which includes an insulation panel and a surface member attached on one or more surfaces of the insulation panel. The surface member has a joining part projected from two adjacent sides of the surface member to be longer than the corresponding sides of the surface of the insulation panel attached to the surface member.
