PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bicycle to be loaded and unloaded at the time of power failure through addition of a simple structure while curbing an increase in cost.SOLUTION: A mechanical bicycle parking facility 10 which transfers a bicycle 8 set at a loading and unloading port 12 to a storage shelf 14 installed on a different floor from the loading and unloading port 12 comprises: a lifting device 30 which moves up and down with the bicycle 8 thereon and is driven by a servomotor 40; a lifting power device 50 which includes a servomotor control device 52 to control the servomotor 40; a lifting control device 60 which controls the lifting device 30 and the lifting power device 50; and a parking facility control device 70 which controls the mechanical bicycle parking facility 10 to transfer the bicycle 8 by controlling the lifting control device 60. The mechanical bicycle parking facility 10 also has: a power regeneration device 54 connected to the servomotor control device 52; and an emergency control power supply device 80 connected to the parking facility control device 70. |
