PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly workability of a cooling unit including a heat sink and a blower or a lighting device.SOLUTION: A blower 10 includes a frame 12 which rotatably supports a blower body 11. A heat sink 20 has a storage part 23. The frame 12 is rotatably supported at the outer side of the storage part 23 thereby enabling the blower 10 to displace between a first position where the blower body 11 is disposed at the outer side of the storage part 23 and a second position where the blower body 11 is stored in the storage part 23. |
