PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device where a posture of a vibration element is stabilized, heating energy to the vibration element is suppressed, and temperature stabilization and low power consumption are achieved.SOLUTION: A vibration device 1 includes: a heating element 18 serving as a heating part and provided for a bottom plate 11 of a package 13 serving as a base substrate; a vibration element 15 having connection parts A1 and A2 fixed to the heating element 18; and a support part 30 contacting a contact part B1, which is a region different from the connection parts A1 and A2 of the vibration element 15 in a plan view, and provided for the bottom plate 11, wherein areas of the connection parts A1 and A2 are larger than an area of the contact part B1. |
