Furthermore, in a solvent replacement unit 39 of the solidification device 25, a third solvent comprising a third component different from the first component is supplied to cause the first solvent remaining in the solidified electrode material paste 18 to be removed by the third solvent, and the solvent included in the solidified electrode material paste 18 is made the second solvent.
