PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system for solving the problem in which, when communication from a first apparatus to a management device cannot be performed, management information cannot be transmitted from an apparatus to the management device.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a first management device which manages a first apparatus and manages a second apparatus through a second management device, and the second management device which manages the second apparatus. Detection means of the first management device detects the fact that there is no communication from the first apparatus. First transmission means transmits information on the first apparatus detected by the detection means to the second management device. First reception means of the second management device receives information on the first apparatus transmitted by the first transmission means. Acquisition means performs communication with the first apparatus to acquire management information on the first apparatus on the basis of the information on the first apparatus. |
