PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear provided with a reduction mechanism of eccentric rocking type in which cooling efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A reduction gear 10 provided with a reduction mechanism 8 of eccentric rocking type is provided with a plurality of eccentric body shafts 18 on positions offset from a shaft center O1 of an internal tooth gear 12, each eccentric body shaft 18 is synchronously rotated and, thereby, the first and second external tooth gears 14, 16 are locked and, at the same time, are engaged with the internal tooth gear 12. Therein, a first carrier (carrier flange) 38 which has a tap hole 38B for connecting a mating machine and a center through-hole 38C which is located on the center in the radial direction and is communicated with an inner part of the reduction mechanism 8 and a bearing hole 38F in which an eccentric body shaft bearing 44 for supporting the eccentric body shaft 18 is arranged is provided on a lateral part in the axial direction of the first external tooth gear 14, an area on an inner side in the radial direction of a tap hole 38B of the first carrier 38 is scooped out, an oil reservoir recessed part 64 is formed and the central through-hole 38C and the bearing hole 38F penetrate the first carrier 38 and is communicated with the oil reservoir recessed part 64. |
