PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable route guidance appropriate for a purpose to be started by properly switching between networks in a predetermined region requiring network data for guiding to be switched.SOLUTION: A region setting section 313 identifies and sets a position and an area range of a polygon representing an exit station on a route. When a region entry determination section 314 determines that a current position acquired through a GPS section 306 enters into the set polygon of the exit station, a control section 302 controls an information output processing section 312 to notify that a user can switch to a pedestrian network. When receiving an instruction to switch to the pedestrian network through a touch panel 308, the control section 302 controls the information output processing section 312 to start pedestrian route guidance by switching to the pedestrian network.
