<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method in a preparation step, enabling a forming cycle to be stabilized from the initial injection molding, with less drooling and sufficient density of a measured molten resin.SOLUTION: In an injection molding machine, the measurement method in a preparation step includes: applying an initial pressure (21) to the back of a screw for initiation; and monitoring the positional change of the screw for a predetermined monitoring time (28). When no change is detected, the back pressure is lowered by the reduced amount of back pressure (29), i.e. a predetermined pressure difference. After lowering of the back pressure, the positional change of the screw is continuously monitored for a predetermined monitoring time (28). When no change is detected, the back pressure is further lowered by the reduced amount of back pressure (29). Until the positional change of the screw is detected, the back pressure is sequentially lowered in the same way.</p> |
