PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable with terminal and a wire harness which can keep excellent anticorrosion properties, in which when an anticorrosive for coating an electrical connection part of an electric wire conductor and a terminal metal fitting includes a hydrolyzable resin, a mechanical characteristic of the anticorrosive due to hydrolysis of the resin is not deteriorated even if it is used under high temperature environment.SOLUTION: An electrical connection part 6 in which a terminal metal fitting 5 and an electric wire conductor 3 of a cable 2 are electrically connected is coated with an anticorrosive 7 including the hydrolyzable resin and an additive agent having a carbodiimide group, thereby a cable 1 with terminal is formed.
