PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap from being simply formed inside of a coated crimp part of a crimp terminal in an electric wire with a terminal on which a water cut-off part made of a synthetic resin is formed.SOLUTION: In a crimp terminal 10 of an electric wire 1 with a terminal, an annular diameter-extended part 200 is formed which is obtained by warping an edge part of the coated crimp part 20 outward. A first water cut-off resin part 7 and a second water cut-off resin part 8 are composed of a member formed by solidifying a fluid synthetic resin. The first water cut-off resin part 7 covers a portion exposed from a crimp terminal 10 at the end of the insulation electric wire 9. The second annular water cut-off resin part 8 fills between the insulation coating of the insulation electric wire 9 and the diameter-expanded part 200.
