<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the stiffness of a hinge in a predetermined direction, and to increase the stiffness of the hinge in another direction.SOLUTION: A mirror device 100 includes a mirror 131, an actuator 104, and a first hinge 105 for supporting the mirror 131. The first hinge 105 has a first meandering portion 151 which is formed in a zigzag shape by a plurality of first projecting portions 155 and a plurality of first recessed portions 156, and which extends from one end portion to the other end portion while meandering; and a second meandering portion 152 which is formed in a zigzag shape by a plurality of second projecting portions 157 and a plurality of second recessed portions 158, which is arranged in parallel with the first meandering portion 151 portion, and extends from one end portion to the other end portion while meandering. The first recessed portions 156 and the second recessed portions 158 are coupled with each other.</p> |
