<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a diesel engine which suppresses the occurrence of accidental fire by means of EGR reduction amount correction.SOLUTION: The control device of a diesel engine provided with an EGR device of the present invention includes means for obtaining a temperature correlation value which has correlation with a temperature in cylinder upon ignition of the diesel engine, and means for obtaining a pressure correlation value which has correlation with a pressure in cylinder upon ignition of the diesel engine. The control device executes reduction amount correction which reduces exhaust circulation amount by means of the EGR device when it is determined that the combustion state of the diesel engine is deteriorated. Further, when an index calculated by using the pressure correlation value and the temperature correlation value falls outside the standard range, the control device restricts the execution of the reduction amount correction of the exhaust circulation amount.</p> |
