<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of obtaining a glycerophosphate salt industrially advantageously by a reaction using glycerophosphoric acid and a phosphoric acid donor as a raw material system.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a glycerophosphate salt, the method comprising: a first step of preparing a solution by subjecting a solution (A solution) containing glycerin, glycerophosphoric acid and phosphoric acid or a salt thereof to electrodialysis using a monovalent ion selective anion exchange membrane and removing phosphoric acid or a salt thereof from the solution to obtain a solution (B solution) containing glycerin and glycerophosphoric acid; a second step of adding a metal compound containing a metal selected from an alkali metal or an alkali earth metal into the solution (B solution) containing glycerin and glycerophosphoric acid to react the mixture to obtain a solution (C solution) containing a glycerophosphate salt; and a third step of crystallizing the solution (C solution) to recover a glycerophosphate salt.</p> |
