CASE WASHING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method capable of sufficiently washing a case.SOLUTION: The washing method includes steps of: disposing a case 50 storing a particle counter 20 and to be washed on a vibration table 31 capable of vibrating a vibration device 30; and vibrating the vibration table with the case by the vibration device. The particle counter includes an inlet port 21 and an air exit 22 communicating to the inlet port and is configured to measure number of particles included in a predetermined volume fluid going toward the air exit from the inlet port, and has a filter member 25 for collecting the particles after measurement. The vibrating step is completed when the number of particles included in the predetermined volume fluid going toward the air exit from the inlet port and measured by the particle counter becomes equal to or less than a preset number or less than the preset number.
