PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly perform authenticity determination.SOLUTION: A tablet registration system stores plural feature points of many images of a genuine tablet which has a correlation value of a predetermined threshold value or more between a partial image in a partial area of a genuine tablet image and a template image. On a collation image representing a tablet the authenticity of which should be determined, the correlation value between the partial image in the partial area in the collation image and the template image is calculated, plural feature points of the collation image, the calculated correlation value of which is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold value, are extracted (step 52). The similarity between the collation image and the genuine tablet image is calculated by using geometric properties of the plural feature points of the extracted collation image and geometric properties of the plural feature points of the stored genuine tablet images (step 55).
