PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb core sandwich structure repair method being capable of shortening the time required for repairing a part to be repaired and adhering a patch that requires securing surface outer rigidity to the part to be repaired.SOLUTION: The honeycomb core sandwich structure repair method is a repair method for a defect part reaching a core 10 through a first surface skin 11 and having occurred in a honeycomb core sandwich structure sandwiching the core 10 of honeycomb structure between the first surface skin 11 and a second surface skin 12, and is characterized to include a repair material placing step for placing a repair material having a patch 21 for covering the opening of a defect and a single or multiple support post 22 for supporting the patch, a patch adhesion step for adhering the patch 21 to the first surface skin 11, and a support post adhesion step for adhering the support post 22 to the second surface skin 12 or the core 10.
