PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid type secondary battery which is applicable to a multilayer structure and hard to cause delamination or warp, and offers much choice in selecting a material.SOLUTION: An all-solid type secondary battery 1 has a laminate structure in which positive and negative electrode unit layers 20 are alternately stacked through solid electrolytic layers 11. The solid electrolytic layer 11 has a phosphate having NASICON structure including lithium. Each electrode unit layer 20 includes an electrode area 21 or 22 and a side-margin area 30. The side-margin area 30 includes MOand ML(PO)(where M is a metal element common to both of the chemical formulas, L is a metal element included in the phosphate having NASICON structure, a>0, b≥0, 4>c≥0, and d>0) to the extent in quantity that they can observed by X-ray diffraction. |
