PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker provided with an automatic cooking course performing heating output suitable for an amount of a cooked material, in dry-heat cooking performed by using a pan or a frying pan.SOLUTION: The heating cooker performs heating appropriate to browning the surface of a cooked material not depending on a detection range by temperature detection means or a position to place the cooked material even when the amount of the cooked material is small, by including a process where a controlled temperature is high and maximum input power is low when the amount of the cooked material is small, in an automatic dry-cooking course where heating is controlled on the basis of the temperature of the bottom of a pan. |
