PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device equipped with image acquisition means, in which processing of an object can be carried out at a correct position without deviation of a processing position, and a data processing program.SOLUTION: Calculation means in a processing device calculates a deviation amount between a first set position at which a holding member is set with respect to the processing device and a predetermined standard set position in the processing device on the basis of image data acquired by image acquisition means. Correction means corrects at least the image data on the basis of the deviation amount calculated by the calculation means (step S4). |
