PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis apparatus that can prevent deterioration of its electrolytic performance due to gas generated during electrolysis, and a temperature-adjusted water supplying machine including the electrolysis apparatus.SOLUTION: An electrolysis apparatus 41 is used for removing a scale component contained in water to be sent to a water heat exchanger 21 and includes: a container 47 having a water inlet 43 and a water outlet 45; and a plurality of electrodes 51, 52 arranged in the container 47. The container 47 has a gas discharge port 57 disposed in an upper part of the container 47, and a gas guiding groove 60 for guiding the gas in the container 47 to the gas discharge port 57.
