PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate for a touch panel, which achieves both of sufficient electric resistance and sufficient see-through property (opening ratio) as a projection and electrostatic capacitance type touch panel, and which shows less visible stripe irregularity with different shades caused by detection electrodes.SOLUTION: An electrode substrate 1 for a touch panel includes a transparent insulating substrate 3 and a plurality of detection electrodes 2s comprising one or more conductor thin lines 14 on at least one surface of the transparent insulating substrate 3. The conductor thin lines constituting the detection electrode 2s formed on one surface of the substrate run in a first direction X. The conductor thin line 14s formed on the one surface has a line width Wx that is constant; and the center in a line width of the conductor thin line formed on the one surface oscillates with an amplitude Ax in a second direction Y intersecting the first direction X, the amplitude being within a range which prevents adjoining conductor thin lines formed on the one surface from being in contact with each other. |
