PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion prediction device capable of predicting a route in which a congestion occurs by using a multi-agent type probabilistic search.SOLUTION: A congestion prediction device 1 causes an agent virtually indicating a vehicle to pass through a route in which a congestion prediction is performed to search for a route using a multi-agent type probabilistic search. Then, an amount of pheromone generated in the route by the agent passing through, as a result of the route search, is detected, and a route in which congestion occurs is predicted on the basis of a change in the pheromone amount. Specifically, when the pheromone amount increases, the occurrence of congestion in the route is predicted. |
