PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to grasp an attaching position of a label image.SOLUTION: A label production device comprises: a printing part which prints label images on a first base material of a medium to be printed including the first base material, a second base material and an adhesive layer between the first base material and the second base material; an inspection part which inspects the label images printed on the medium to be printed; and a latter processing part which cuts the first base material correspondingly to the inspection result of the inspection part. The latter processing part cuts, as for label images for which printing failure is not detected by the inspection part, the first base material by using a first cutting line to separate a portion where the label images are formed from the first base material, and cuts the first base material by using a second cutting line not to cut a part of the first cut line as for label images for which printing failure is detected by the inspection part. |
