PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC high voltage application device which prevents reduction of output during power generation by rapidly decreasing charges stored on a surface of an anti-reflection film and automatically detecting/monitoring a power generation state.SOLUTION: A DC high voltage application device 20 comprises: a DC voltage detection section 21 for detecting a detection voltage (v) from a connection box 11; a DC voltage generation section 22 for generating a DC voltage; a high voltage monitoring section 23 for monitoring output of the DC voltage generation section 22; a switch section 24 for switching connection of an output terminal from the DC voltage generation section 22 and a terminal branched from a power line; a time measuring section 25 for measuring a preset time T; and a control section 26 for controlling changeover of the switch section 24 on the basis of the detection voltage (v) of the DC voltage detection section 21 or on the basis of a measured time of the time measuring section 25. The positive/negative charge being stored is coupled and neutralized by negative/positive charge supplied from the DC high voltage application device 20, and a power generation amount is recovered to normal output. |
