PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water addition testing machine for a wheat having an improved work efficiency.SOLUTION: A water addition testing machine for a wheat is so configured that a rotary vessel, in which a revolving shaft so rotates as to pass a lid part and a bottom and which has an opening for making it possible to put a lid at one end, can be freely rotated and stopped by a timer. In the machine, the revolving shaft is set at a free angle with respect to a gravity direction, a liquid storage container is provided near the lid or the opening in a side wall of the rotary vessel, an exhaust port of the liquid storage container and the container body are provided along a virtual rotation plane orthogonal to the revolving shaft, and exhaust port is present in an internal space of the rotary vessel or is so provided as to contact the internal space. The liquid storage container and the lid may be detachably provided. |
