PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel unit which has seal members uniquely provided in a vision part and a spandrel part, respectively, and which can secure sealability of a joint between the seal members, and to provide a curtain wall.SOLUTION: In a panel unit 10 of the present invention, a window barrier 36, a rain barrier 38 and a window barrier 40 are attached to a vision part 16, and a rain barrier 24 and a window barrier 26 are attached to a spandrel part 14. An upper end of the window barrier of the vision part 16 and a lower end of the window barrier of the spandrel part 14 are joined together via airtight blocks 42 and 44. |
